To start a new game, press the Reset key twice.
Pressing the Reset key once by mistake during a game has no effect.
After pressing the Reset key once, the scorekeeper is prompted to press Reset again to start a new game.
Pressing any other key will return to the previous game.
During a new game startup, new initials can be entered by pressing Reset a third time when prompted.
Enter two initials for each player or team by pressing a key for each letter.
A blank space is entered by the B key. The letters U, V, W, X, Y, and Z are entered by
Pressing and releasing the Shift (Done) key before a letter key on the bottom row.
Cricket is the default game. To play 301, press the Undo key before any other key.
To play 501, press the Undo key twice before any other key.
Press the key corresponding to each dart thrown.
After all darts are scored, press the Done key.
The new total score for the player is shown, and scoring starts for the opposing player.
Always press Done after all darts are thrown to switch to next player, even if no score.
Doubles and triples are entered by pressing the corresponding key two or three times.
For example, three triple 20s are entered by pressing the 20 key nine times.
After four minutes without a key pressed, the screen display goes blank.
When the screen is blank, pressing any key will restore the display but have no effect on the score of the game.
Because tournament rules may prohibit scorekeeper from making suggestions, this feature is off by default.
To display suggested two-dart outs,
Press the 7 key before pressing UNDO at the start of a new game.
Actually, any key 3,4,5,6, or 7 will turn the display ON.
Numeric entry mode selected by 1 + UNDO :
Total score for three darts entered by a key for each digit.
The 0 digit is entered by any key numbered 10 or higher.
For example, 180 is entered as 1, 8, 10, instead of pressing the 20 key nine times.
Numeric entry and two-dart outs mode selected by 2 + UNDO :
Total score for three darts entered by a key for each digit as above,
and suggested two-dart outs are displayed.
Scoring is easier if the scoreboard does the math
